Home Hardware Kotara Releases Their New Website
Home Hardware Kotara, in association with Wraith Dragon Media, is proud to announce the launch of their new website. Customers can now visit the website at

Customers can also meet their friendly staff, learn about the array of helpful services they offer, and find out what it really is that sets Home Hardware Kotara apart from other hardware stores.
As a family business Home Hardware Kotara prides itself on its friendly and helpful service. Their floor staff are all highly experienced with some having worked in the industry for over 20 years.
Unlike other large hardware barns Home Hardware Kotara takes care to ensure their customer’s visit to the store takes up as little of the customer’s day as possible. The same staff member who offers their helpful advice in the isles will take the customer to the counter and serve them. Then, if necessary, staff will carry the customer’s purchase for them out to their car in the convenient customer car park located right out front of the store.
The website launch represents the first of a 4 stage development project powered by Wraith Dragon Media’s business and website co-development methodology. Stage 2 will see the development of a secure customer portal where customers who have an account with Home Hardware Kotara will be able to view current amounts due in terms of 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 90+ days. From within the secure portal customers may pay their account online, opt to receive an automatically generated email when their account becomes overdue, and request more information regarding their account via an easy to use form.
Stage 2 of development will form a part of Wrath Dragon Media’s strategic solution to Home Hardware Kotara’s most pressing business issues. It will allow Home Hardware Kotara to:
